Our team works hard to make sure properties are well-maintained and we respond to your needs. We have our own bilingual maintenance staff that is available 24/7 when there is a property emergency.
For routine property issues, we encourage use of our online submission form. This form can be filled out at your convenience. We encourage residents to activate their Tenant Portal. This portal allows you to schedule, pay and track your rent payments securely online. You never have to miss a rent payment and pay late fees again!
We encourage our residents to take care of their rental properties and let us know of any developing problems. We like to be proactive in the care of our managed properties. Should you have any questions or know of someone in search of a rental property, please contact us.
